How long does shipping take?

Coffee orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 days depending on where you are. Shirts are printed on demand and ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery in 5–10 days. We ship from Texas, so if you're nearby it'll be fast.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet — we're US-only for now. We're working on it. In the meantime, tell your international friends they're missing out.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out through the contact page and we'll do our best to help. Once it's out the door, we can't make changes — but we'll work something out if something goes wrong.

What's your return policy?

If something arrives damaged or wrong, we'll replace it or refund it — no hassle. For everything else, because coffee and printed shirts are made or roasted to order, we can't accept general returns. Just reach out and we'll make it right.

Where is your coffee roasted?

Our coffee is sourced and roasted by a trusted roaster out of Houston, Texas. We pick the roast profiles, they bring the expertise. The names are entirely our fault.

What does "The GOAT of Coffee" actually taste like?

A smooth, well-balanced medium roast with notes of caramel, mild chocolate, and just enough complexity to make you feel like you made a sophisticated decision. You did. You're the GOAT.

Are the bags resealable?

Yes. All coffee comes in resealable bags with a one-way degassing valve. Store it in a cool, dry place and it'll stay fresh for weeks. Or drink it all immediately. We respect both choices.

Can I get a subscription?

Not yet, but it's on the roadmap. If you want to be notified when subscriptions launch, send us a message through the contact page and we'll remember you fondly.

How do your shirts fit?

Our shirts are printed on Bella+Canvas unisex tees and run true to size with a slightly relaxed fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser look, size up. Each product page has a size guide link.

Are shirts printed to order?

Yes. Every shirt is printed on demand when you order, which means no warehouse of unsold inventory and a fresher product for you. It does mean a slightly longer fulfillment window compared to coffee.

How should I wash my shirt?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Treat it well and it'll outlast most of your life decisions.

Do you have actual goats?

Not yet — but that's the whole point. Every purchase helps us get closer to the dream of a real hobby farm with real, live, chaotic goats. The name isn't a bit. It's a mission statement. Stay tuned.
